Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to products and services offered by Wirestaq LLC.
Software Products (SaaS)
Subscription Services:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase if you haven't substantially used the service
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase if you haven't substantially used the service
- No refunds for renewals — cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges
One-time Purchases:
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered/accessed
- If a product is defective or doesn't function as described, contact us within 14 days for a full refund
Client Services
For custom development and consulting:
- Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to begin work within the agreed timeframe
- Completed work is non-refundable
- For cancelled projects, you pay for work completed to date
- Specific refund terms may be outlined in individual contracts
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email hello@wirestaq.com with your order details
- Include the reason for your refund request
- We'll respond within 3 business days
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
Exceptions
We may decline refunds if:
- The request is outside the refund window
- The product/service was substantially used
- Terms of Service were violated
- We detect fraud or abuse of the refund policy
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account termination and inability to use our services in the future.
